Winterfest Sponsorships
Winterfest is a collaborative, 3 day event intended to bring single day and overnight visitors to the downtown district. Events are held Friday through Sunday over the second weekend of December. Highlighting local businesses and community partners, events are community focused and benefit local non-profits.

Make one annual commitment, receive points based on your partnership level, and use those points to choose where and how your business is recognized across HDSA initiatives.

How It Works
1. Explore the opportunities: Review the partnership guide and read about the initiatives available for 2027.
2. Choose your partnership level: Select the annual commitment that fits your business. Every $250 of support equals one point.
3. Select your recognition plan: Use your points to select recognition benefits and pair them with the initiatives that best align with your business, customers, and goals. You may concentrate your points on one initiative or spread them across several.
4. Submit your selections: Complete the partnership form. HDSA will review availability, confirm your selections, and follow up with an invoice or payment instructions.

Property Improvement Grants
Supports facade restoration, landscaping, doors, windows, entryways, preservation work, and preventive investments such as fire-safety improvements that protect downtown properties and uplift the district.

Produces and widely distributes an updated annual printed map featuring downtown shops, local attractions, points of interest, and wayfinding information.
Community Experiences
Spring Pop-Up
Downtown businesses host local artisans and makers for a collaborative shopping experience that expands downtown offerings, attracts hundreds of visitors, and introduces emerging businesses.

Roper Romp
Approximately 500 costumed Helens take over downtown for this free, adults-focused celebration featuring special drinks, food promotions, music, trivia, games, scavenger hunts, and themed art.
Seasonal Traditions
Winter Solstice Walk and Luminaries
A free, cherished riverfront tradition drawing thousands for a quiet evening of reflection that honors the seasonal turning point toward returning light.

Helps businesses increase capacity through equipment, technology, websites, point-of-sale systems, lighting, displays, and other practical operational investments.

Supports flower baskets, landscaping, lighting, public art, seasonal d�cor, banners, seating, placemaking, clean-up efforts, pedestrian crossing flags, and the downtown neighborhood watch program.

Two free, all-ages movie nights at the Snohomish Carnegie, produced with local partners and featuring concessions, entertainment, and movies under the stars.
