Registration for Merchants

Downtown Businesses are invited to participate in the highly popular, Sunsets in Snohomish wine tasting and after-hours shopping events. The goal of the events is to provide visitors and citizens an opportunity to enjoy what our downtown business district has to offer, while helping raise funds to support the downtown revitalization, beautification and promotional work of the HDSA.

We invite downtown businesses to register for the July, August and September events.

DEADLINES: July - Friday May 24th.

August - Friday, June 21st

September - Friday, July 26th

We encourage all merchants to keep their stores open the evenings of these events to take advantage of the extra foot traffic in town. Many past guests say they wish more stores had been open, so they could shop! The events will be promoted by the Historic Downtown Snohomish Association, the City of Snohomish, and YOU via social media, Facebook ads, websites and emails to customer lists. Posters will be furnished to you as pdf’s and jpegs. HDSA will also distribute posters.

WINERY HOSTING: There are eight (8) official wine host spots available per date. Because of the scarcity of the spots, and the high demand to participate, we are offering the winery host spots via random drawing from all forms received by the deadline. In order to secure a spot, you must submit this form, completed with your information, and your $80 fee, no later than the deadline. Applications will be drawn at random from all those received. They will be issued an official winery host spot, partnered with a winery, and issued a special occasion liquor license for that date.

NOTE: If your premises are already licensed to serve alcohol (restaurant, tavern, etc.) special occasion liquor licensing will not allow you to be a wine stop in our event. Sorry, these are LCB rules, not ours. Please contact us if you have questions.
