About the Event

Hello fellow merchants!

Welcome to our third annual Winter Charm Walk on Saturday, November 17th! We have coordinated a wonderful team to help run this event and are excited to get things going for you. We will be running this event just like we did the Spring Charm Walk.

Merchant fee is $60 this includes the cost to receive 475 charms plus one completed charm bracelet to put on display.

Charms will be ordered for you and delivered to you ahead of time so that you have time to prepare your charms, and have a completed bracelet to display prior to the event.

Charms are selected by the committee or you can give us an idea, or theme you would like for your store on the registration form. If there is a charm you really want that is more than budgeted, you will need to pay the difference. We will work with you directly if you have a strong preference for a specific charm.

We want to make this a simple event for you to participate in. We will contact you once the charms are received to arrange a pick up or drop off. We reserve the right, if there are any charm delivery issues, which we have had in the past, to replace your chosen charm with another charm that fits the Winter theme. If you pay for a more expensive charm and it can’t get to you in time we will refund you the extra you paid.

Based on the success on the previous charm walks we are confident that this will sell out the 475 tickets that will be available to customers. You can’t get this kind of advertising for $60, and all you will need to do is prepare the charms for your customers. Some suggestions are that you attach a coupon, class calendar, business card or service flyer to your charms, to help bring them back to your store at a later date.

There are 25 spots available for merchants all throughout the HDS district to participate. You won’t want to miss out on this event. We do all the work and deliver 475 customers to your door. We are asking businesses to donate gift certificates or door prizes for the event that you will display during the walk for everyone to see. Payment and registration to be completed by August 31st, 2018 and merchants spots will be filled in order of registration receipt.
