Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our inaugural Winterfest Market! Please be sure to read our rules and regulations in their entirety BEFORE submitting your vendor application. This document provides information on available booths, requirements to sell, accessibility, set up and tear down instructions, and other requirements that may impact your decision to apply.

HDSA Winterfest Market Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in the inaugural Winterfest Market. The Market will take place Saturday, December 14th from 2pm-8pm and Sunday, December 15th from 12pm-5pm. Please complete this form and pay the deposit of $150 to request a reservation. Registration and payment will hold your place and you will be notified via email if your spot has been secured. Any registrations not accepted for the market will receive a refund.
