Charm Walk Merchant Registration

Hello fellow merchants!

 

We are excited to announce the Annual Spring Charm Walk.  Merchant registration has begun! We have coordinated a wonderful team to help run this event and are excited! This event will occur in-person only. It will go from Saturday, April 23rd to Sunday, May 8th, 2022.

Merchant fee to participate is $60 and includes 450 charms for distribution plus one completed charm bracelet to display in your store.  Registration is limited to the first 25 merchants that register, so please hurry!

 

Charms will be selected by the committee, ordered and delivered to you ahead of time so that you have time to prepare your charms, and be able to display the completed bracelet prior to the event.

 

This year will feature a spring theme.

 

It is suggested that you include a coupon, class calendar, business card or service flyer with your charms, to encourage Charmers to return to your store at a later date.

 

There are only 25 spots available for HDS merchants to participate - you won’t want to miss out on this event. We do all the work and deliver 450 customers to your door. There were more than 25 merchants wanting to participate in the last Charm Walk, so please get your registrations in early. 

 

We are asking businesses to donate gift certificates or door prizes for the event.  We will make up a raffle basket to be awarded by a drawing.

 

Payment and registration to be completed by Thursday, March 31st.

 

 Charms are purchased overseas and we have to allow time for shipping.

 

We are looking forward to another successful Charm Walk.
