Charm Walk Merchant Registration

Hello fellow merchants!


Welcome to our 6th annual Spring Charm Walk starting on Saturday, April 24th.  We are excited to get things going for you. We will be running this event just like we did the Summer Charm Walk 2020, both In Person and Virtual.  It will go from April 24th 2021 to May8th 2021.


Merchant fee is $45 this includes the cost to receive 350 charms plus one completed charm bracelet to put on display.


Charms will be selected by the committee, ordered and delivered to you ahead of time so that you have time to prepare your charms, you be able to display the completed bracelet prior to the event. Please list your preferred themes on the registration.


It is suggested that you attach a coupon, class calendar, business card or service flyer to your charms, to help bring Charmers back to your store at a later date.


There are 25 spots available for merchants all throughout the HDS district to participate. You won’t want to miss out on this event. We do all the work and deliver 350 customers to your door. There were more than 25 merchants wanting to participate in the last Charm Walk, so please get your registrations in early. 


We are asking businesses to donate gift certificates or door prizes for the event.  We will make up Raffle baskets, one for in person and one for virtual charmers.


Payment and registration to be completed by February 5th 2021.
