Support downtown revitalization:DIRECT YOUR TAXES straight into your own community! Do you pay B&O Tax? Through the Main Street Tax Credit Program, you can direct your tax dollars into your own community rather sending them to Olympia. By doing so, you will support the ongoing revitalization efforts of Downtown Snohomish. It costs only $25 out-of-pocket to donate $500 to downtown revitalization. Historic Downtown Snohomish (HDS) is the officially recognized, organization dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown Snohomish. We are a volunteer driven and volunteer-based 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our mission is to promote, preserve, and improve the downtown historic district as the heart and soul of the City of Snohomish. We use the National Main Street Four-Point Approach as our guide.
